What are the MUST see things on an Orlando / Tampa vacation?

12 Mar

My husband and I are going there next month primarily to visit family, but of course we’re hitting up both Disney World and Universal Studios. But where else should we go? Like what things should we do aside from the normal tourist attractions?

We’re both 21, by the way. So something still fun and young. And we love sight seeing!

Thanks!

okay, I live in Tampa, so I know it all

for the day, go to Busch Gardens, Disney World, or Aquatica. Most amazing parks ever. At night, hit Ybor city, they have very nice bars, clubs, and just a nice place to hang out at night. The International Plaza in Tampa is a very large mall, if you like to shop. But as for sight seeing, theres really not much.

    Bogey creek air boat rides

universal studios/ islands of adventure is a must, something for everyone there.

spend some time down international drive, there are many things to do there for everyone

Probably my least favorite disney park but MgM studios, it has got my least favorite rides the but show fantastic is Amazing with lots of fireworks and water. MUST get your seat at least an hour before the show starts

Epcot, great rides such as Test track. soaring and mission space, also visit all the country’s around the world showcase. go to test track first to avoid the ques

I loved it when i went clear water the sea was cold but, there is a speedboat/ dolphin ride, it is on the sea screamer ( bigist speedboat in the world), it is great to see the dolphins jump in the wake, also you will ride past celebrity’s houses such as tom cruise’s house.

i am going in july and i will defenantly go aquatia and sea world it is great to see shamu in the night show.

IF you go animal kingdom go to the safari or verest first to avoind ques, everest does make people sick if they suffer from travel sickness.

go shopping it might not be so cheap now if you live in britain, but you can get so much with good deals.

Visit the state parks, and swim in the springs.

    Helecopter tours over orlando

Dinner shows, im not sure if the dolly parton’s dixie stampede is still open but it was great, also arabien nights.

hoped this helped , sorry i reapeated the disney and universal parks, but i gave some advise. def visit internation drive and bogy creek.
