What are the laws regarding leaving a lease early because of a marriage to someone in the military?

My fiance is in the Air Force and we are getting married in June. In August, he will be stationed in Tampa, obviously I want to go with him, but I am stuck in a lease that is only 6 months old. My apartment complex says I have to pay 2 months rent plus five hundred for fees. This doesn’t sound right to me, since I am leaving because I will be a spouse of someone who received orders to move.
What is the best hotel to stay in before a cruise leaving Tampa?

My family and I will be taking a cruise in January and we are flying in a couple of days early becasue we found a cheaper flight. Now we are looking for a hotel that is close to the airport and to the port in Tampa. If any hotel have free shuttle service from the airport and to the port? Also, we don’t know if we should rent a car or could we just use the trolley to get around? Thanks for your help!
